Born in Buenos
Aires in 1961. A student of electronic engineering at the
Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (1979-1983) he
graduated in informatics from the Universidad del Salvador
(1992).
His expertise is in the implementation of informatics and
communications in companies and education institutions, and
in the permanent training of users of all levels. He has
been a pioneer in digital communications for the deaf and
workshops of graphic design for the motor disabled
persons.
As partner of Battro & Denham, he has extended the
field of application of educational communications to many
schools, colleges and universities. His principal activity
is to provide accessible digital systems for all users and
the highest quality level in the creative use of information
tools at home and at school. A permanent research and
continuous up-dating in technology enables him to
participate in several educational programs around the
world
He has also introduced management skills for digital
resources in educational institutions and developed quality
standards of new systems of distance evaluation that have
been internationally successful.
He has also published his ideas in journals,
videoconferences and talks with the help of multimedia and
hypertextual support. He is the co-author, with A. M. Battro
of Discomunicaciones. Computación y niños
