X. NEW INSTRUMENTS OF THOUGHT
The digital world has brought with it many new instruments, each more fascinating than the next, a true orchestra in constant expansion. In one way or another these instruments will be with us all our lives. They will transform us, and we in our turn will transform them. They are the new instruments of human thought that will enable education to be transformed in coming generations. We realize it will not be easy to achieve their full integration to the school environment, and there will be many false starts and moments when we will be off key, but we hope to reach symphonic thought in a couple of generations.
